The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will begin processing ticket refunds on Wednesday for the HBL PSL 9 matches that were washed out. These highly anticipated games, scheduled for March 2, were abandoned at Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, where fans were eagerly awaiting the clash of the titans.
The PCB, in a press release, has assured that the refund process will be convenient for the fans. It will commence at selected TCS centers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Lahore, ensuring easy access for everyone.
The PCB has set a fair refund policy, ensuring that all eligible claims submitted between March 13 and March 20 will be processed. This demonstrates the PCB’s commitment to treating all fans equally.
The PCB has streamlined the refund process for those who bought tickets through TCS Express centers. By providing the original CNIC used at the time of purchase, fans can expect a swift and efficient refund.
Refunds for tickets bought online will be directly credited to the buyers’ bank accounts, eliminating the need to present physical tickets. However, tickets purchased through a corporate entity will be refunded solely to the corporate entity. The corporate entity will need to provide the original CNIC used at the time of purchase and a letter of authorization from the individual who made the purchase.
Here are the details of the designated TCS centers where ticket refunds can be processed. Ticket holders may visit these centers starting Wednesday, with service available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• TCS Area Office, Khanna, Rawalpindi
• TCS Saddar Express Center, Rawalpindi
• TCS Area Office, I-9, Islamabad
• TCS Area Office, Peshawar
